On your mark..get set....go!!!!

We went to Shaun's track meet on Tuesday. This was the first one we made so far this year. Dylan enjoyed it, for the most part!!!

I took this picture and was pretty proud of myself......thought it turned out pretty good. Shaun ended up getting 6th place. He is 3rd from the left.

Though Dylan enjoyed watching them run, he would have just liked to play in the sand most of the time!!!

Since it rained all day Sunday we got kind-of bored at our house, so we headed over to Grandma's to play with all of them!! Here's Dylan holding cousin Amillia, who turns 5 months on Saturday!!!

Dumb & Dumber

Tonight is Prom at our high school, so we all went up to watch Uncle Shaun walk in and boy did he make an entrance!! Him and his friend Miach acted out a scene from Dumb and Dumber!! It was really funny!!! This was the best picture I got of it. Shaun is getting ready to hit Miach in the back with his cane!!!Here they are with their dates.......poor girls!!!!

Prom-Flashback

This weekend is Prom at our local high school, so I thought I would post my senior prom picture!! This is from April 1998.........11 years ago. Where does the time go??!?!?!?! I had mono at the time and felt like crap but LOVED my dress. And of course I thought my date was the cutest thing ever!! Thanks to my good friend, Aunt Kelli for scanning this in for me......you are the BEST!!!

It's a Boy!!!

Here is a picture of Shane's sister Jolynn at Easter.Not the best picture but I wanted to get a side view of her and this was the best I got!! She is around 20 weeks along!!! Crazy, uh she looks so good.....you can barley tell she is expecting!! She found out yesterday she is having a boy!!! We're so excited for her and Uncle O!!!

Easter Weekend

Our fun filled weekend started off with a trip to the mall to see the Easter Bunny on Friday with Grandma Walleta. Dylan seemed to like the Easter Bunny but refused to sit with him!!! So....he got his picture taken on the bus instead!!!


Saturday it was off to Palmer for the Easter egg hunt!!

Instead of picking up the eggs, Dylan smashed them with his feet to break them open to see what was inside!!!!!!!

Everyone made fun of his poor little bucket!! I thought it was cute but only held about 4 eggs at a time!!

Saturday we were then off to Western KS to Shane's side of the family gathering. Here are most of the guys outside play basketball!!

Race Track

We have a "back porch" area, that's screened in.....kind-of. It lets a lot of air in so that it's very hot in there in the summer time and VERY cold in the winter. So we just really don't know what we want to do with the area. But since the weather has been so icky outside latley, Dylan has been taking his bikes in their and has a "race track" area!!!!
Here he is on his new bike Grandpa Dana picked up for him.........

Project

I always like to have a project going on and right now my main one(besides losing weight, spring cleaning and working on the plants/lawn outside) is a scrapbook for Shane's brother Shaun who is set to graduate next month. I was just going to do football pictures but decided to add basketball and track to it also. I am down to my last page in football and am ready to start on basektball!!! Here is a preview..................
