Friday night Shane's team had it's first home game!!! The rain held off until the final play of the game!!! And then it rained 2.25 inches!!!!!
I finally got a cord for my camera last night, but the pictures here aren't mine. Our friend and Washington County News editor Dan Thalman took these.

Shane had a crows-nest made for filming. Shane's Dad usually films but since he was in Colorado seeing his newest grandson, someone else had to film. I had volunteered but Shane had one of his injured players do it instead.

Once I got a look at it though, I was super glad I didn't have to climb the ladder and sit up there........little to high for this lady to climb!!!

Shane's oldest sister Jolynn finally had her baby(she was 5 days over-due)!!! She welcomed a little boy.......

Today is the day.........

And I'm happy to say I don't feel a year older!!!:-) HA, HA!!! Having a great day though. Dylan and I headed to town for the annual celebration this morning. I took some great picture of Dylan riding the 4-Wheeler "train" but I lost the cord to my camera, so no pictures yet of that!!! We lost our softball game at noon and are now getting ready for the 3:30 parade that we are in!!! Fun times!!!
My Mother insisted on me wearing this crown for a picture..........I think she seems to forget that her 50 BIRTHDAY IS 3 MONTHS FROM TODAY!!!!!!!



Someone put a BIG HUGE sign up at the ball park in town announcing my birthday!!! I think I know who did it though and she is in trouble and so are her 3 little helpers!!!!!!!!!:-)

Good-Bye Twenties.............

I am having a birthday over this 3 day weekend and started celebrating last night when we made supper and Shane parents and sister came over and brought this cake to remind me how old I'm going to be.

And then this morning I got a suprise when these 2 plants arrived from Shane & Dylan!!!

And my wonderful friend Kelli is doing a lovely count down for me on my facebook page. So nice of her...............:-)
Hard to believe I'm leaving my twenties.
Many good times and many hard times.
But, either way I guess I am going to be 30!!!
I can hardly even say it though........

Happy Birthday to one of our favorite people......Aunt Eunice!!!

This is one of my favorite shots of her!!! She thinks she eats and eats but she is super thin.....so I don't believe her!!!
This past weekend she was at our old college town visiting her daughter, and volunteered to watch Dylan ALL NIGHT LONG!!! So off Dylan went!!! He slept all night and also slept till 8:30(his longest EVER) the next morning!!! What an awsome aunt we have!!!
